OSU Alumni and Friends Weekend

Dear OSU Turf Alumni and Friends of the Program,

Greetings from Corvallis, Oregon — home of the Oregon State University Beavers! I would like to extend an invitation to you and your family to attend the 2nd Annual “OSU Turf Alumni & Friends Weekend” which will be held on September 17-18, 2010 in Corvallis. The weekend will consist of an OSU Turf Field Day at the Lewis Brown Farm, lunch and golf tournament at Trysting Tree GC and Dinner back at the Lewis Brown Farm on Friday, along with a tailgate party and football game against the University of Louisville on Saturday. This weekend is designed to be a family event with the opportunity to catch up with old classmates, visit the old stomping grounds, observe firsthand research plots and see what is happening with the program, and cheer the Beavers onto victory. Funds raised from the weekend’s activities will be used to assist the OSU Turf Program.
