Week 1- Sculpting Earthworks and Building Hardscapes: 1 Credit
June 25 – Surveying, tools, heavy equipment operation
June 26 – Water management, grading, and re-vegetating earthworks
June 27 – Stone masonry using recycled materials, pathways, stairways, patio
June 28 – Deck building using a laser plane level

Week 2 – Home Water Systems: Plumbing for sustainability: 1 Credit
July 9 – Tour local rainwater harvesting systems, disconnect the downspouts
July 10 – Rainwater harvesting cistern theory and installation
July 11 – Greywater treatment system theory and installation
July 12 – Raingarden and small pond theory, and installation

Week 3 - Practical Permaculture Production: 1 Credit
July 16 – Mycelium and soil biology: Mushroom cultivation, compost tea brewing with Jordan Weiss and Mathew Slaughter
July 17 – Harvesting the permaculture landscape: Food, medicine, mulch and materials with Heiko Koester
July 18 – Rotational grazing management with Jason Bradford
July 19 – Hedgerow establishment with Jude Hobbs

Take any 1 day for $65, 1 week for $250, or all 3 weeks for $725
